Dermatologists recommend: more sun protection!
eco elio is a highly protective formula. All you need to worry about is putting it on, using enough and putting it on all the places you need to.
Here is how.
What is good sun protection
UV radiation is a natural part of the sun’s rays and is necessary for stimulating the body’s own vitamin D production. At the same time, exposure of the skin to UV radiation is the main cause of skin cancer. Therefore, a responsible approach to UV radiation is essential.
Avoid direct sunlight
If you are in Germany, and it’s between 11:00 and 16:00, you should try to be in the shade.
Wear Clothing
When spending time in the sun, you should protect yourself with suitable clothing, headwear as well as sunglasses. For example, a simple T-shirt typically provides sufficient UV protection.
Wear Sunscreen
A high SPF sunscreen should be used for skin areas that are not otherwise covered.

Swimming or Sweating? Reapply Regularly!
The cream should be applied 20 minutes before you go out.
Under “laboratory conditions”, the LSF 30 would last a good 5 hours. But life isn’t led in the lab: The filters come off when you sweat, bathe, and especially when you dry off with a towel.
While medical professionals recommend reapplying cream every 2 hours, we know that no one does. Therefore, we recommend using common sense.
If you swim or sweat or dry your skin with a towel: reapply cream.
Otherwise 3 – 4 hours is more than enough. And that’s why we provide the To Go solution to help you reapply.
